Hello, all,

After consultation with Rabbi Glogower, we are comfortable stating the Eruv is indeed up. The lechi in question is tilted, but not enough to be invalid.

Thanks all, and apologies for the false alarm,

David

Hi all,

Thursday night’s storm damaged one of the telephone poles we rely upon as a lechi. Additionally, there are crews cutting down tree branches on and very close to the Eruv’s route. For these reasons, I cannot comfortably say the Eruv is up this week.

I will check the damaged lechi again on Monday to see if it’s been fixed, and contact DTE if necessary.

Thanks, and apologies for the inconvenience this causes,

David

***Eruv is DOWN this Shabbat***
